This DPST switch is a simple chassis mount on-off switch with four terminals. Flipping the switch either connects the two terminals thereby turning ON the device or circuit connected to the switch or disconnects the two terminals thereby breaking the circuit and turning OFF the device connected to the switch, This is not DPDT switch.
